At La Sofía we like good food and good wine and thus the Sofía's menus are prepared with a lot of dedication so that your guests can enjoy the homemade regional cuisine. Especially Marcos, with the passion and authenticity that define him, is a great "hobby" chef who personally supervises the cuts of meat and everything that happens in the kitchen. His irresistible loin steaks have been qualified many times as "the best of my life" by many of our guests. The bread and jams at dawn, the asado criollo, the empanadas, combined with the selection of Argentine wines from the private cellar and the vegetables from the organic garden of the estancia, are always pondered by our guests. At tea time Silke often surprises them with delicious German recipes from his family.
